We're right in the heart of the Drive, just past Grandview Park. If you're coming from downtown, head north on Commercial and you'll spot us on the east side. There's street parking available, and we've got a small lot out back too.

Questions We Get Asked A Lot

Figured we'd answer some common ones right here to save you some time

We definitely prefer appointments since it lets us plan our day and make sure we've got time for you. That said, if something urgent comes up - like your check engine light's flashing or you're hearing weird noises - give us a call and we'll do our best to squeeze you in. We get it, car problems don't always happen at convenient times.

Most diagnostics take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on what we're dealing with. Simple stuff like reading error codes might only take 30 minutes, but if we're chasing down an intermittent electrical issue, it could take longer. We'll always give you a heads-up on timing once we know what we're looking at.

We work on pretty much everything, but we've got a soft spot for European and import vehicles - BMWs, Mercedes, Audis, Volkswagens, that sort of thing. We've invested in the specialized tools and training for these brands because they need it. That said, we handle domestics and Asian imports too. If you've got something really exotic or super old, just give us a shout first to make sure we're set up for it.

We take cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. We also work with most extended warranty companies if you've got coverage. Just let us know beforehand so we can handle the paperwork properly.

Yep, we stand behind everything we do. Most repairs come with a 1-year/20,000 km warranty on parts and labour, whichever comes first. Some parts from manufacturers have longer warranties - we'll let you know what applies to your specific repair. If something goes wrong that's related to work we did, bring it back and we'll sort it out.

For quick stuff like oil changes or inspections, absolutely. We've got a waiting area with decent coffee and WiFi. For bigger jobs that'll take a few hours or all day, you're probably better off dropping it off. We're right on Commercial Drive though, so there's plenty of cafes and shops to hang out at if you don't wanna go too far.

We're pretty close to the SkyTrain and several bus routes, so transit's always an option. If you need a lift somewhere nearby, let us know when you book - we'll see what we can do. We've also got a list of local taxi and ride-share numbers if you need them.
