                                Started in a single-bay garage with nothing but a dream and a really expensive scan tool. Back then it was just me and my buddy Mike fixing up whatever rolled through the door. Mostly Hondas and Toyotas, honestly.
Took a gamble and invested in Euro-specific diagnostic equipment. Turned out Vancouver had tons of BMWs, Audis, and Mercs that needed proper attention. That decision kinda changed everything for us.
Moved to our Commercial Drive spot with four full bays. Finally had room to breathe and take on bigger jobs. Added transmission rebuilding to our repertoire after sending Tom for specialized training.
Invested heavily in next-gen diagnostic tech. Electric vehicles were coming in hot, and we weren't gonna be left behind. Brought on Sarah who's a wizard with hybrid systems.
We're now a team of eight skilled techs handling everything from basic maintenance to complex electrical gremlins. Still family-owned, still obsessed with getting it right the first time.

                        Been turning wrenches since I was 16, basically grew up in my dad's shop back in the day. Got a thing for German engineering - if it's got a turbo and needs VCDS, I'm your guy. Red Seal certified, ASE Master Tech, and I've probably seen every weird electrical gremlin BMW ever dreamed up.
Specialties: European diagnostics, electrical systems, performance tuning
                        Transmissions are basically puzzles, and I'm the nerd who actually enjoys solving 'em. Spent two years at a specialty rebuild shop before joining Glaithron. If your car's slipping, clunking, or doing that weird hesitation thing - yeah, I can fix it. Also handle most of our brake jobs.

                        Came from the dealer world where I worked on Teslas and Leafs before they were everywhere. Got into this field 'cause I'm kinda obsessed with how electric motors work. These days I handle anything with a battery pack bigger than your phone. High voltage certified and loving every minute of it.

                        The guy they call when nobody else can figure it out. I've got this weird ability to just... hear what's wrong sometimes. Twenty years in the trade, mostly European stuff. If your check engine light's been on for months and three shops couldn't crack it, bring it by.

                        Youngest on the team but don't let that fool ya. Just got my Red Seal last year and I'm all about the newer tech - love working on the stuff with twenty control modules and adaptive this-and-that. Also handle most of our routine maintenance and safety inspections.

                        I'm the one you'll talk to when you come in - basically translate between car-speak and human-speak. Came from hospitality so I get that bringing your car in can be stressful. I'll shoot straight with you about what needs doing now vs. what can wait. No upselling, just honest advice.
